My father was hospitalised, he still is, as of 3 Jul 2024, in a hospital in Makkah and I appreciate the communications and the attendance by ST&T personnel, especially Mr Zaim and Ms Nawar.

I visited my father in the Makkah hospital and Mr Zaim was kind enough to let us tag along to the hospital and his openness in communicating with me is much appreciated. It makes me feel at ease knowing that my father is well taken care of and arrangements are being made to ensure his safe return to SG.

I’m sure other jemaahs who unfortunately were similarly hospitalised are being taken care of by ST&T. I feel the manner ST&T communicated on their health updates makes the family members of these jemaahs feel better, knowing that ST&T are well equipped to attend to these mishaps. Thanks again ST&T and I look forward to the safe return of my father back to SG.

Thank you to ST&T for arranging my dialysis during hajj. Even though the roadblocks caused a lot of problems going back and forth the centre and hotel, otherwise, they really looked after me well.

From the nurse from travel agency, the ST&T staff who accompanied us to and fro the centre, and the service rendered at the dialysis centre itself.

Thank you again for making my hajj journey and doing dialysis possible.

Nawar was very helpful in all sort of services rendered to me and not to forget staff at Makkah as well.

Thank you to the team for looking after my father while we do our hajj. Thank you to Nawar for helping us from Arafah, to when my father was admitted and later discharged.

Although there are some hiccups along the way, I am still thankful to the team for the care.

We would like compliment Nawar and Hashim for continously assisting us in Mecca and Madinah during my husband hospitalization.

Both of you have gone above and beyond and we are truly grateful for everything done for us, like arranging dialysis, chasing the doctors for updates. I cannot express how grateful i am for all assistance.

My husband is in good health and thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Saya sangat bersuykur, walaupun dalam keadaan begini, masih di beri peluang oleh yang Maha Esa, Allah SWT dan dibantu oleh team yang cekap dari ST&T sampai selesai ibadah Haji.

Everything went smoothly while we were in Saudi Arabia.

I’m very impressed with the quality care provided by Ms Nawar and Mr Hashem.

They were good enough to ensure my wife got back safe and stayed with me for the duration of the hospital visit. They also checked on me regularly and ensured that I was better after my discharge.

Hi Assalamualaikum ST&T. I would like to say a big thank you to your team for assisting with my dad’s medical evacuation from Mekah on 5th July 2024.

Zaim was the medic who accompanied my dad back to SG. He regularly visits my dad at Saudi German Hospital when my dad was warded there.

A day before the evacuation, the travel agent representative had a meeting with Zaim. Thereafter, she messaged me a very detailed itinerary on the medical evacuation. I was very impressed by the well-thought-out plan.

Zaim took care of my dad very well throughout the journey back in Sg. My dad was very pleased with his services. He was telling me that Zaim is a nice person. The travel agent also assured me that Zaim is trained medic and that I do not need to worry.

Alhamdulillah, all was smooth throughout the flight and my dad is recovering at home now.
